End users receive expert support for our products through a global network of Technical Support, Field Applications and experienced Field Service Engineers.
Service Features of the annual contract
The annual service contract helps minimize down time and enables high performance during running times. Customers obtain priority technical support responses within 48 hours during normal working hours from our multi-lingual support staff. Our on-site response takes place within no more than 5 working days, and priority service with expedited response times can be arranged. For standard repair services, our contract covers all labor, materials including factory-quality replacement parts, and travel costs. Our service engineers certify all product repairs. For customer convenience, we maintain records of installed configuration and instrument service history.
Maintenance features of the annual contract
We understand the importance of regular maintenance for our products to keep them in prime condition and ensure customers obtain the highest performance. The annual service contract includes one preventative maintenance service visit per year timed at the customer’s convenience. In addition, we deliver free device software updates and upgrades during the contract period, along with access to a global training network.
Accelerator Development Services
Partnering with our team of accelerator scientists provides extra support to meet accelerated timelines. Skilled cell culture scientists are available both remotely and on-site to assist with process development and optimization.
