Pall Corporation Welcomes Dr. Roland Folz as New President
We are excited to share that Dr. Roland Folz has joined Pall Corporation as our new President, effective March 3, 2026. Dr. Folz brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across industrial, food and beverage, and water technology sectors, and we are thrilled to welcome him into the Pall community.
In this role, Dr. Folz will guide Pall’s global business and help shape our strategy for longterm growth. He will work closely with our leadership team to continue building a strong pipeline of innovation, strengthen operational and commercial capabilities, and support a highly engaged workforce.
A Leader Focused on Innovation and Customer Impact
Dr. Folz shared his excitement about joining Pall and the work ahead:

His background includes twelve years at Pentair, where he most recently served as Group President, Industrial Solutions and oversaw a diverse portfolio spanning sustainable gas, membrane technologies, air systems, and food and beverage applications. Before that, he led Brewing and Beverage Sciences and Applications at VLB in Berlin. He holds an engineering degree in biotechnology from the Technical University of Berlin along with a PhD in microbiology and genetics.
