A major concern in the treatment of air is the reduction and elimination of suspended solids and liquid particles. Particles in CDA pose a major threat to the vitality of pneumatic systems, causing air operated valves to clog and compromising production quality.
The Ultipleat PK gas filter is designed for optimal CDA filtration. It is rated for lows up to 10,000 SLPM (353 SCFM) at the point-of-use. The unique filter construction contains a single open-ended cartridge with U-cup seal that enables both high particle retention, high flow rates, and low differential pressure. A compact design allows rapid filter changeout to reduce equipment downtime. The element ensures the highest CDA quality, and extends the life of valves and pneumatic equipment to decrease the cost of ownership.
The High-Flow Emflon filter is engineered for clean dry air applications where flow rates exceed 2,000 Nm3/h / 1,000 SCFM. A single HFE filter can replace up to (30) standard cartridges, enabling the use of smaller housings which will lower capital investment and provide a smaller installation footprint. The element utilizes a polypropylene support and 316L Stainless Steel internal core.
